 All you have to do is file a claim with your insurance company, schedule a time to leave your vehicle with us and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll need the name of the insurance company, claim number, and initial insurance estimate if you have one. If you don’t, that’s okay too. We will assess the damage and submit a detailed estimate (or supplement) to your insurance company complete with photos. We’ll collect the deductible and insurance check/or personal check when you drop off with us. Any further monies needed for the repair should be paid directly to us under your direction.  We will walk around the vehicle with you and verify the condition it is in noting any unrelated damage, fuel level and mileage. One of the many benefits of using Pro Auto Spa for your hail damage repair is that you can have other services done while it is here! We offer a wide array of professional detail services, paint protection film, window tinting and powder coating. Many of these services could be completed during the time we are waiting for the insurance company to review our estimate for repairs.
