Sending pictures are always welcome. However, nothing beats seeing the dings up close and in person. As a result, quotes given based on pictures are only ballpark figures.

To remove a ding, the process can take anywhere from a minute to several hours to repair. Obviously the more damage there is the longer the repair will take. A typical hail damaged car can be fixed in 1-3 days. Keep in mind PDR technicians are not paid based on time. You are paying them for their years of experience and skill/art to repair your car.

Yes, Pro Auto Spa can fix bumpers. If you have a plastic bumper on your car you may be in luck. If you have a steel bumper the answer is no. Plastic bumpers are made from molds and have memory. Pro Auto Spa does not guarantee repairs on plastic bumpers. The window tint on your car goes on the inside of the window. The only film we carry for your car that goes on the outside of the window is Clear Plex to protect your windshield from rock chips and other debris.

Window tint on your house or business typically goes on the inside of the glass. However, there will be times when the tint will need to be placed on the outside of the glass.

The answer is no if you use premium film and have your window tint installed properly. If your windows are tinted at Pro Auto Spa, you will receive a lifetime warranty against any defects in the film.

Yes. What you see on tinted windows on the outside of the glass is a lot different than what you see from the inside of the car looking out. The same goes for residential and commercial tint.

Wrong! Many new cars purchased these days have privacy glass. Glass manufacturers add a dye to the glass when it is made. The dark glass does not protect against ultraviolet rays or infrared heat. The dark glass only provides privacy. If you want to protect yourself, passengers, and interior from heat and damaging rays, you will want to have window tint installed.

Contrary to popular videos and misinformation, ceramic coatings do not protect your car from rock chips, scratches, and other abuse. If you want to get the best protection for your car from rock chips and other potential damage, you will want to have paint protection film installed.
