Paintless Dent Repair or Dent Removal (PDR), is the process of repairing and/or removing dents, dings, creases, and hail damage on vehicles without the inconvenience and expense of traditional auto body repair methods. PDR does not use dry ice, electricity, or anything else that might be harmful to the existing paint for factory finish. For specific questions or more dent repair information, contact us now!
The process of Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) is very unique and so is each technician. Because removing dings is done by people and not machines there is always a chance for error. Pro Auto Spa takes pride fixing your dings right the first time and fixing the dings the other technicians said could not be fixed.
Collision repair shops usually use body putty or paint. With PDR there is no need for the use of body putty or paint. Therefore the vehicle retains its original factory finish in order to help your vehicle retain its value. The process is environmentally safe, much quicker, and often times, less expensive than traditional body shop methods. The repair is always guaranteed against future defects, reappearance, or any other damage caused by the repair. Don’t choose any collision repair shop for your PDR needs, choose the Pro Auto Spa your PDR specialist!

Sending pictures are always welcome. However, nothing beats seeing the dings up close and in person. As a result, quotes given based on pictures are only ballpark figures.
To remove a ding, the process can take anywhere from a minute to several hours to repair. Obviously the more damage there is the longer the repair will take. A typical hail damaged car can be fixed in 1-3 days. Keep in mind PDR technicians are not paid based on time. You are paying them for their years of experience and skill/art to repair your car.
If PDR isn’t the solution to your damages, we will recommend a highly skilled body shop to repair your car.
Pro Auto Spa is capable of fixing dings the size of a dime to dents the size of a trash can lid. Check out our Gallery to view actual before and after images for more details.
Yes, Pro Auto Spa can fix bumpers. If you have a plastic bumper on your car you may be in luck. If you have a steel bumper the answer is no. Plastic bumpers are made from molds and have memory. Pro Auto Spa does not guarantee repairs on plastic bumpers. Nevertheless, many clients over the years have been satisfied paying a fraction of the cost to have Pro Auto Spa repair their dented bumper rather than paying the hundreds of dollars charged otherwise.

The window tint on your car goes on the inside of the window. The only film we carry for your car that goes on the outside of the window is Clear Plex to protect your windshield from rock chips and other debris.
Window tint on your house or business typically goes on the inside of the glass. However, there will be times when the tint will need to be placed on the outside of the glass.
The answer is no if you use premium film and have your window tint installed properly. If your windows are tinted at Pro Auto Spa, you will receive a lifetime warranty against any defects in the film.
Yes. What you see on tinted windows on the outside of the glass is a lot different than what you see from the inside of the car looking out. The same goes for residential and commercial tint.
Wrong! Many new cars purchased these days have privacy glass. Glass manufacturers add a dye to the glass when it is made. The dark glass does not protect against ultraviolet rays or infrared heat. The dark glass only provides privacy. If you want to protect yourself, passengers, and interior from heat and damaging rays, you will want to have window tint installed.
Contrary to popular videos and misinformation, ceramic coatings do not protect your car from rock chips, scratches, and other abuse. If you want to get the best protection for your car from rock chips and other potential damage, you will want to have paint protection film installed.
Now. Many clients bring their new car straight to Pro Auto Spa when they drive it off the dealership lot. Why? It takes only one small pebble or piece of debris to ruin a brand-new paint job. The best time and to protect your paint and other delicate surfaces is right when you buy your car. Whether you are buying a new or used car, we recommend getting your clear bra installed as soon as possible to prevent any further damage.
It depends. A ceramic coating is not for everyone. If your car paint is kept in near perfect condition, your car is not neglected and maintained regularly with proper washing techniques, your car can benefit from fast and easy cleaning, then a ceramic coating is highly recommended for you. However, if you plan to take your car through the carwash, use your car as a daily driver without regular cleaning, you don’t want to spend a lot of money, your car is likely to be scratched or dented, then your car would be better off with a sealant. Please contact Pro Auto Spa to determine what would be the best option for you.
Paint protection film cost is dependent on a few variables. These options include the size of the vehicle, how much coverage you want, your budget, and the condition of the vehicle.
